Bonus
The Bonus Plan is made up of two components: 1. Rolls-Royce plc (AEBS) & 2. Facility Bonus.
AEBS maximum payout is $3,493.77
Facility Bonus maximum payout is $1,665.00
Total maximum payout is $5,158.77
The AEBS portion is based on 2,080 compensated hours and the Facility portion is based on 1,850 (463 per Quarter) compensated hours. Compensated hours are generally contractual covered hours that you receive pay. Overtime hours are also included on an hour for hour basis.
Special Union dues at 1.44% will be deducted from the total payout!
Note: Any payment due for compensated hours under 2,080 and 1,850 will be prorated.
The Bonus Plan maximum total of $5,158.77 will be paid out on March 15, 2018.
